Overview

Due to the enormous demand for places on the free regional PII seminars, we have organised an online seminar for those unable to attend the events.

The seminar is aimed at helping provide a better insight into the PII market, the processes involved and best practice approaches to preparing, planning and presenting your firm.

Held in association with experienced PII brokers Prime Professions Limited, the online seminar will focus on practical advice and cover topics such as:

  • Renewal planning - optimum timescales involved
  • The information required for a successful renewal
  • Presenting your firm favourably - common mistakes made
  • The importance of good working relationships with your broker and insurer
  • Benefits of risk management - what insurers are looking for
  • Understanding the options available to you
  • Securing the best terms for your firm

Speakers

  • Paul Marsh, president - The Law Society
  • Colin Taylor, director and head of risk management services - Prime Professions Limited

Who should attend?

Senior or managing partners, partners, solicitors, managers or staff responsible for managing PII and risk management for law firms.

Format

The seminar will be presented live and available via the Law Society website for any registered delegates. During the presentation, delegates can e-mail questions to the speakers for the Q&A session at the end of the seminar.
