JAC Commissioner District Judge Charles Newman will speak to members of the Law Society about the range of judicial appointments available, the selection process and how to give yourself the best chance of making a successful application.
JAC outreach events are organised in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders including the Law Society throughout England and Wales. These events are promoted locally and in Professional Update. They are designed to give attendees a valuable insight into the work of the JAC, how the judicial selection process works and dispel some of the myths surrounding the application process.
